In 2001, with the extension of the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin to the region, the current winery was founded, combining family tradition with the latest techniques in winegrowing. Each year, from the original vineyards and the new vines that are added, the Gundián albariño is born. A wine that takes part in major contests in the sector, and which has been awarded prizes in competitions such as Challenge International du Vin in Bordeaux, the International Wine Challenge in London, or the Cata-Concurso Albariño Rías Baixas. Every September, harvest starts, and expert hands collect the bunches of grapes which are transported to the in-take area of the winery. The grape goes through several processes before arriving to large, stainless steel tanks, where the wort is fermented at a constant temperature of 18 degrees. Combining the most innovative production systems and the wisdom of years in the profession, our wines and liquors are the result.

Adega Valdés

En el año 2001, con la ampliación de la Denominación de Origen Rías Baixas a esa zona, se funda la actual Bodega que aúna tradición familiar con las más vanguardistas técnicas de elaboración vitivinícola. De los viñedos originales y de las nuevas cepas nace cada año el albariño Gundián, un vino que participa en los principales certámenes del sector y ha recibido premios en concursos como el Challenge International du Vin de Burdeos,  el International Wine Challenge de Londres o la Cata-Concurso Albariño Rías Baixas. Cada mes de septiembre se inicia la vendimia, en la que manos expertas recogen los racimos que se trasladan a la zona de recepción de la bodega. La uva se somete a diversos procesos hasta llegar a las cubas de acero inoxidable, donde su mosto fermentará a una temperatura constante de 18 grados. Combinando los más innovadores sistemas de elaboración y la sabiduría de años de profesión, se obtienen finalmente nuestros vinos y licores.
