Bodegas Santiago Ruíz
Santiago Ruiz was a loyal defender of local grapes and one of the pioneers of the Rías Baixas wines.
The history of this winery dates back to 1870, when our ancestors founded a small winery, in a 17th century building.
In the procurement of perfection and quality in their wines, they founded a new winery in 2007, bringing together wisdom of old traditions with the latest advancements in technology.
Located in an idyllic spot, marked by stillness and surrounded by old vine arbours in genuine traditional style, the winery sits in an undeniably lush and Galician setting, adorned by old mansions, orange groves and flowers.

VISITING HOURS
Prior reservation is required. Summer: from 10:30 to 14:00. Winter: Monday thru Thursday from 10:30 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 17:30; Fridays from 10:00 to 14:00. Closed during grape harvest and Holy Week.
