Ruta de senderismo Pastora-Umia

Along the route we find different species both arboreal as shrubs and herbaceous: oaks, willows, along with laurels; in addition to pines and eucalyptus trees. Juncaceous species extend along the mouth of the Umia River, where sweet waters of the river and salty waters are mixed with water from the sea. Various species of birds occupy this area, either as a nesting, mating or feeding place, or all these interrelated elements, making this portion of the territory an ecosystem to be preserved.
