On the slopes of this valley are some of the best fields of albariño of our winery. Over 200 hectares of vineyards rooted in granite, sandy and slightly acidic soils that lead to wines of great intensity, aromatic variety and one of the most unique coupages in the world. Our hallmarks, daring presentations and the creation of global labels, have marked a turning point in the history of the Rías Baixas D.O. This philosophy is not only applied to the design of our bottles, but also to the production process of our wines, from the vineyard to bottling. In line with the modernity of our image, the techniques used in the making of our wines are based on seeking unique quality, safeguarding the earth from which the wines were born with harvesting practices that respect the environment, while guaranteeing food safety and good yield.  Our products Currently, at Paco&Lola winery we produce Paco & Lola, iWine, Lolo, Licor de Frambuesa, Ophalum and Follas Novas, a wide variety of products of known quality that have positioned us as one of the most important Galician wineries. Paco & Lola, our star label, is a success worldwide and distributed in over 20 countries across the five continents. It was the wine served at the premier of Woody Allen's 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona' and participated in the fashion weeks of Barcelona and Madrid, and Vogue's Fashion Night Out in Madrid, New York and Milan. The winery's history  Paco&Lola winery was born in 2005 as the initiative of a group of winegrowers and producers from the region of O Salnés, who considered it a good time to create a cooperative to take more advantage of their crops and professionalise production. This cooperative was called Sociedad Cooperativa Vitivinícola Arousana and currently has about 430 partners, making us the largest cooperative in numbers in the Rías Baixas D.O. Our winery has approximately 200 hectares of vineyards distributed among 1,800 lots. Its diversity in terms of size, soil type and location is what allows us to have such a unique coupage of the albariño variety.
